How we handle personal data on this website, including the disclosure notice required by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

This website ("www.ronastargroup.com") is operated by RONA STAR GROUP İNTERNATİONAL İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (RONA STAR GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD.) ("Company").
When you visit the site, our server automatically records technically necessary access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information). These logs are kept to meet our obligations under Turkish Law No. 5651 and to keep the site secure.
The form on our contact page does not store any data on our server; when you click "Send", your message opens in your own email application and is sent by you. When you reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the details you share (name, email address, phone number, company, message content) are processed solely to respond to your enquiry.
Your personal data is processed to respond to enquiries, manage quotation and partnership processes, keep the site secure and fulfil legal obligations — based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
This site does not use cookies and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. All content, including web fonts, is served from our own server.
The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps only after you click "Show Map". If you do, your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC (USA) — an international data transfer that happens at your request. See the Google Privacy Policy for details of Google's practices.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or requested by competent authorities. Email correspondence may be stored on the servers of our email infrastructure provider.
Server access logs are retained for the periods prescribed by Law No. 5651. Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and for potential legal claims, and is then deleted.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about such processing; learn its purpose and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction; request notification of these operations to third parties; object to results produced exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
You can submit requests regarding your rights, together with information verifying your identity, by email to [email protected] or in writing to our postal address above. Applications are concluded free of charge within the statutory period (at most 30 days).
